Holy Fury seems amazing, and things like Horse Lords, JD, Way of Life, Reaper's due do kinda give something new to the game. But EU4 DLCs seem like a few nice stuff and a dozen modifiers for powercreep. HOI4's are like, "Here's two buttons and some focus trees for 14.99" As far as I can tell you have to buy all or nothing, but there's 3 teirs at like $1, $10, and $17, each with a different amount of dlc. I just bought the 17$ one with everything because it has Dharma, which I needed. And gave my friend a free copy of the game, and my other friends keys to all the dlcs I already had. 4.
