my radio does not turn on. Asked by domingo325 Dec 25, 2014 at 08:58 AM about the 2015 Mazda CX-5 Touring AWD. Question type: Maintenance & Repair. I left the dealership yesterday to find that 2 hrs later in my new 2015 mazda cx5, my radio screen went blank. It just went out. Just to let you I did a factory reset. Version stayed at V.55. I lost eveything, but it's not much as eveything is by default. Will re-program radio station and pair my phone again next time. Will keep you posted if this will fix this annoying issue. If you find anything please let me know.. This can be done by inserting your Mazda CX 5 key into the driver’s side door and turning it to the ā€œonā€ position. Then, press and hold the ā€œunlockā€ and ā€œlockā€ buttons on your key fob simultaneously for at least five seconds. If the key fob is successfully reprogrammed, it should work as normal. If you've already buttoned the car back up, just pull the dash pieces to get at the back of the stereo, plug in the original cable and hub, flash 74.xx.xxx or newest, then plug in the AA/CP hub. Exact same issue I had after buying aftermarket CarPlay part off eBay and having dealer install it for me.
Top Answer Mike E January 26, 2021 The Mazda CX5 Audio system problems can be caused by bad wires or damaged speakers. Much more commonly though they will be caused by a bad fuse. To get to the fuse box look to the left of the steering wheel look for a small seam or crack along the dash. Using a screwdriver or prybar you will want to pop this open.
If voltage goes to the blower motor, it’ll need replacing. If there’s no voltage, test the resistor (YouTube). 2. AC System Not Blowing Cold Enough. The most common reason for your Mazda CX-5’s AC not blowing cold enough is low refrigerant levels, followed by a dirty evaporator or condenser issues (bad or clogged).
