All levels of low and highs adjust the blower settings just no airflow from the mid dash vents nor the rears. I set the settings on the climate control a while back and
After a few minutes and cycling the AC off / on, the right vent started blowing normally. Then a little while ago, I was driving to work - it's 58 degrees out - and I set the temp on Auto and 73 degrees for both. In my F30 328i, 71 - 73 has always kept things comfortable; 74 if it's cold.

Hook up the fan, let the car run for a bit and see if the aux fan is working, there is no guarantee it will work, because the engine needs to be at a certain temp. Put everything back together again. Go to Autozone, buy R134a with a guage, turn ac on at 60 and fill the AC to the BLUE level of the guage.
There are two shields on both sides of the fan, that guide the air in. They are held on by two plastic rivets each. Step 5 ***8211;Remove Aux Fan. Unplug the Aux fan.
