Does anybody know how to remove the 3:rd lower screw under the EGR-valve. The egr-valve is screwed to the engine with 2 horisontal M8 screws(easy to remove) and 1 vertical allen key, from under and it's extremely hard to reach (there is almost not room for a tool?). If you follow the steel pipe to the rear right corner of the engine (right, when viewed from the front of the car), that's where the valve is located. I assume it is truly a PITA to remove the valve.
Using forscan Ive observed the EGRP reading is virtually always at 0.00, it shows 9.04 on the over run and has on a couple of occasions blipped up to 12%. Hi, I have a 2005/2006 Ford Mondeo 2.0 TDCi. The engine has been chipped by changing the software. My problem is that it goes into safe mode after about 10 minutes of driving. Another thing is that at idle, sometimes the engine is not running smoothly. It does not stable out for a maybe 20 seconds.
