Caravans really depend on if your companion sells good or not. You don't really have anything to do here. You just buy a caravan and hope your companion will bring you profits. The only thing you can change in a caravan is the strength of the caravan guard, which will cost 20k if you want the better ones. Give it a few days. If they travels a lot, caravans might display no profit at all for weeks and then score a really high profit at once and then go to 0 again. If you check during theses travel phases or when they are buying stuff yeah you will see they bring no money. Unlike workshop it's not a stable income that varies a lot depending on Been there, waited awhile and the caravan did show up on the logs again after a few days. If they are not making profit - bad caravan master and/or just some bad luck going. My strategy is usually to put family members tp work caravans. That way I can raise them up to be useful to me.

Ragnarondo • 2 yr. ago. Caravan income is dynamic, it will drop to zero once in a while. The other possibility is the caravan was ambushed by bandits or someone you're at war with. You can check the status of the companion in your clan menu. If it says they are "Staying at ____.", then they may have been ambushed and you missed the notifications.

You can dismantle them in the clan page. go to the parties tab and select the caravan you want to dismantle, select change leader and out of the options you can choose 'none' this will dismantle the caravan. Help with passive income. Hey all I'm in this game as a clan only right now with 2 2 settlements and 1 castle. (At work right now or I'd give more details.) So I'm still losing between 900 to 1500 a day due to my large garrisons in 2 out of 3 of my fiefs. I have 3 workshops that make me around 200 to 400 a day and one caravan that makes me 700
